We haven't heard much about Avril ever since the news she married Nickleback's singer Chad Kroeger. Now she's back in the news thanks to her new single Here's To Never Growing Up. The lyric video was just released on her Vevo Youtube account. The lyric video is made of her fan's pictures in different artistic and wacky poses. And while the video is pretty cool the same can't be said about the song. While I was Avril's fan in the beginning of her career, she began losing my interest with The Best Damn Thing, and than completely lost me with her last album. Her songs became boring to me, and the newest song is no exception. While the rhythm reminds me of some of her older songs, the song itself is dull with not so great lyrics. I guess teens will go nuts just because of the title of the song. I on the other hand will pray she goes back to the way she was back in 2004.
Nakon sto se udala za frontmena grupe Nicklback, Chad-a Kroeger-a, Avril se nije mnogo pojavljivala u vestima. Medjutim, to se menja jer se Avril vratila sa novom muzikom. Video sa tekstom pesme Here's To Never Growing Up je u toku dana postavljen na pevacicin Vevo profil na Youtube-u. Klip je napravljen od fotografija Avril-inih fanova, dok je tekst pesme ispisan po fotografijama. Iako je klip kul, pesma definitivno nije. Iako sam bio fan Avril kada je zapocinjala svoju karijeru, pocela je da gubi moje interesovanje sa svojim trecim albumom, i potpuno ga je izgubila sa svojim poslednjim albumom. Sve njene pesme su mi postale iste i dosadne i upravo to je i najnovija pesma. Dosadna i sa losim tekstom. Iako znam da ce tinejdzeri poludeti samo kad cuju ime pesme, ja cu se nadati da ce se Avril vratiti onim sjajnim pesmama kakve je imala na albumu Under My Skin, davne 2004 godine.
